Celebrating mothers in literature
Every March the CPNB, a Dutch organisation that exists to promote reading, organises the National Book Week. The Book Week always has a different theme and two Dutch authors are commissioned, one to write an essay and the other a book dedicated to that theme. The 2019 theme, Moeder De Vrouw (loosely translated: Mother & Woman), sparked a national debate on what a woman can and should be in this day and age. In response, KesselsKramer designed a purely visual campaign that shows female energy in full colour.
