For a good home

The Netherlands is facing a severe housing shortage, so the 8,000 homes under their management were not enough to assist people with lower incomes. In response, housing corperatin “De Sleutels" started building new homes, a departure from its traditional role as a landlord. As part of this change, "De Sleutels" collaborated with us to create a visual identity. The goal? Direct and friendly communication for tenants, along with a more serious (yet still friendly) tone for business purposes.
